We work entirely inside QuickBooks Online, where you securely share documents and receive your monthly financial reports. Meetings happen over Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or email — whatever works best for you. We work with small business owners from the East Coast to the West Coast, so no matter your time zone, we meet on your schedule.
Through role-based user permissions and encrypted data transmission, owners can safely share documents, collaborate in real time, and view up-to-date financial reports at any time.
We meet virtually and are flexible to your preferred mode of communication. However you need your reports and updates—we work with you to make it happen.
Although we are based in the East Coast, our ProAdvisors work remotely from several different parts of the United States and support small businesses in multiple time zones. We ensure your dedicated bookkeeper and review manager are always available when you need them.

Yes. Even though OneBooks is based in New Jersey, we still work fully remotely and serve business owners in multiple other states across the United States including Texas, Florida, California, and Colorado.
We access your QuickBooks Online through a secure user invitation inside your account under Settings–Manage Users. You keep full ownership of the account and simply grant your dedicated bookkeeper permission to log in.
You share documents with OneBooks through QuickBooks Online’s secure cloud-based file sharing. Documents are encrypted and are never shared outside of QuickBooks Online.
